Description

Water is pooling at the corner of Blount & Martin at the temporary walkway. It makes it difficult and unsafe to cross.

The puddle is still there. As I stood to take the photo I saw about 5 people walk around the barricade (into traffic) to avoid the puddle

Any update on this? I thought with the groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, it would be fixed by then. The gigantic puddle is still there and people are walking in traffic to avoid crossing it.
