Stop sign at x of Tryon Rd & Arpent Way forces people turning in from Tryon to stop b4 proceeding through the neighborhood. But thru traffic should not stop. This could cause confusion & back up traffic onto Tryon Rd. Same situation at Voltaire & Cupola Drives.

Per Public Works: The stop signs referenced here are at the intersection of Arpent Way and Cupola Dr and Voltaire Dr and Cupola Dr. Arpent Way, Voltaire, and Cupola are all private streets. The placement of the stop signs where these private streets intersect each other are the responsibility of the homeowners association not the city.
