In addition to these full black trash bags and the red shopping cart pictured there are two more red carts/baskets full of stuff on the same side of the street down the embankment across from Harrington.

There is also a brown van parked almost every night at the corner of Lincoln and Fallbrook full of stuff and now with a flat tire. I am pretty sure the owners are homeless as well.
