The Housing and Environmental Inspections Division has responded. The property was inspected on 4/1/2014 and was referred to the Parks & Recreation Department.
The property with the encroaching shrub is located on E. Hargett Street, but the actual address of the property where the shrub is located is127 S Bloodworth Street and is City of Raleigh owned property. I contacted Parks and Recreation and to have them looked at it. Parks and Recreation will take care of cutting it back. Thank you.
