See the attached photo. City of Raleigh Water meter 31825868 has a broken cover in several places. Please replace.

There is a pile of tree branches laying beside the sidewalk on the south side of E Davie Street in the 200 block. It appears the branches were cut by someone preparing for the house moves that came through a couple weeks back. The pile has been there for at least a couple weeks. It is unsightly. Someone from the city needs to remove these tree branches.

Side walk trip hazards galore. There are at least 8 trip hazards on this block, including missing or loose bricks.

Intersection of Davie and Blake Streets there is a street light that is stuck on during daylight hours.

Light is flickering, sometimes full on for a while then back to dim and flickering.

When turning left onto Shiloh here there's a bad sight line where median shrubs are blocking the view of north/west bound vehicles.

Sign is not down, only partially damaged. See attached photo.

When returning left from Tryon to Jones Franklin in both directions there are poor sight lines. The left turn lanes are not aligned properly for visibility to yield to oncoming traffic. Many accidents happen there because of this poor design.

The white striping between lanes on US 1 is not very visible against gray concrete. Some contrast lines in black paint at the end of the broken white lines would make the lines more visible. Also the white paint is faded and needs another coat.

Garbage can is missing top piece. It's outside El Rodeo and Artspace on the corner of Blount and Davie Streets.

This line of 14 containers at the south entrance to City Market is always present at the curb. It's:
-an eye sore
-a noise issue when bottles are dumped and when homeless rummage through them
-attracting rats to the area

It seems unnecessary to have these separate bins since there are larger, shared bins on the east side of City Market (in the parking area) for trash and recycling. The green bins have "City Market Produce" written on them. One of the blue ones has "Woody's" written on it.

Not sure why this trash can is here as it does not get emptied regularly and is an eye sore with graffiti and stickers on it. Please empty and/or remove it completely.
