There is a white box here with water pipes and an electrical outlet in it. The water pipe is leaking. I also reported this to the receptionist at the community center.

There is a pothole on Old Apex Rd about the right size to eat a car tire. It might even be a sinkhole - the asphalt wasn't all that torn up. It's near the center of the southbound lane. I'm not sure about exactly where between downtown and Cary Pkwy, but this is my best guess.

The left traffic light for Lenoir EB traffic is turned about 30 degrees from the road, so it's hard to see for approaching traffic.

The left light for Tryon EB is turned about 30 degrees off of what it should be, so it's hard to see when approaching.

There's a pothole on Lochmere northbound before Cary Pkwy. The pothole to the north at Eclipse Dr. also needs re-patching.

There is absolutely no shoulder here where the culvert goes under, and I'm concerned that there may not be much support for the road surface near the edge of the road.

There's a pothole on Center St. eastbound right before the bridge over US-1. I have also reported this directly to NC DOT (Tracking Number: PMW09MK5OX)

There is a small pothole in one of the right lanes in this vicinity.

The street name signs have fallen down. The signpost is out of the ground and lying on the ground with the signs still on top.

The street name signs on the SE corner are rotated 90° from what they should be.

The Fayetteville St. sign on the NE corner with Martin St is twisted around the post quite a bit.

The cap on the small maintenance hole for water (or maybe sewer) at this intersection is wrong. It was popping out, and now it's either upside-down or otherwise messed up. Sorry I haven't been able to take a close look at it before reporting.

Something in the old carousel building is beeping for attention and has been for months.

Street name signs are mixed up

The pole with the pedestrian crossing button for crossing from the SW corner of Chatham and Harrison is loose. Pushing the button moves the pole.

There's a pothole around some utility pipe in the northbound lane of Lochmere at Eclipse Dr.

The north pylon for the railroad bridge hides any pedestrians that may be crossing Lenoir from cars turning right from S. Dawson. This problem is unique to the NW corner because S. Dawson is one way south.
