The sidewalk and curb gutter on the West side of Lincoln is full of trash and debris from River Road to Parkridge. Also, Parkridge from Lincoln to Washington school is too although I am never sure where the Norco line starts for the Parkridge issue. Thanks

The tree burn from Fallbrook to River Road on the unlandscaped West side of Lincoln is growing weeds now. It's getting bad. Thanks

There is an alley that runs parallel to River Road, behind the River Road houses, between Auburndale and the west end of the alley is a horrible mess. The weeds are over grown, there is an broken down RV with flat tires and is obviously non-operational, trash and major run down rear garages and alley fronts. This alley is a blight on our neighborhood not to mention lowers our property values. Can something be done about it?

The curb along Parkridge between the school and Lincoln is full of trash & debris. There is also a tree with a big branch down on the sidewalk.

The neighbors are burning large amounts of wood and branches in a pit in the back yard. It is causing a great deal of smoke and ash. This is a big fire and not a small cooking smores type fire.

Two cars have been sitting in front of this house for weeks now. the tires are flat and they obviously aren't operable. Please cite them so they will remove them.

The side fence of this property is about to fall over. If it does someone will be hurt. The dog jumps on it and makes the whole thing worse. today I noticed it has leaned much further than the last time I saw it. Needs to be fixed before it falls over.

This is actually in the alley between river road and Blossom hill. You must enter from Blossom hill. There is trash and debris building up back there and it needs to be removed. Right up against the retaining wall with the River Road park. Thanks

The side walk has lifted in two places in front of this residence due to the tree roots. It needs to be ground down to prevent falls. I have tripped on it a couple of times when out walking.

These people have started parking on the front lawn and sidewalk again. They need to be cited.

These people are still parking on their front lawn. Apparently, any citations you have issued have fallen on deaf ears. What can be done about this? Who should I call or notify to get them to comply?

The top of the wall where they have wood planks has not been fixed yet. This has been going on a long time and I have complained many times. I was told last time the the city was "working" with the home owner. If they don't fix it doesn't the city fix it and apply it to their tax bill? This looks terrible and needs to be addressed ASAP.

These folks are parking on their grass again. I don't understand why they keep doing it if you are citing them and they are paying a fine. Which after this many times they should be. Please be more aggressive with these people and cite them with potential fines. As you can see from your records here this is far from the first time. They just don't get it.

In light of your indicating that the city tree contractor will be trimming or taking out dead trees in the next 6 weeks I am going through the neighborhood and documenting all the trees that are iffy. This tree is actually on Granada but it sits on the side of the Rolling hills property address.

The previous report was closed and these people never fixed the issue. It looks terrible as it is a main thoroughfare through our area. Please follow-up and ensure they get it done before closing again. Thanks
