Another tree that is either dying or needs major pruning to save it. In light of your indicating that the city tree contractor will be trimming or taking out dead trees in the next 6 weeks I am going through the neighborhood and documenting all the trees that are iffy. I can provide you with a spread sheet if that is more convenient and to ensure they don't miss any. Please -mail me if that is preferable.

Here is another tree to add to the list for the contractor to be sure and cut. I think this one can be saved if they only top the dead branches.

In preparation for the upcoming city tree trimming contractor I wanted to ensure that some of the trees that may not be totally dead but are partially dead and need a severe trim to maybe save them. I wonder if they have some kind of disease that has done this to the trees. Perhaps the contractor that is going to cut the trees has an arborist that can advise the city on this problem. As you can see this tree is mostly dead and only has sparse growth around the lower main trunk. Many are like that. I will continue to report the trees I find with this condition and hopefully we can get them removed or cut all the way back and saved.

This tree is dead on Auburndale at River Road. It is in the tree burn and I think the responsibility of the city rather than the homeowner. This view is from Auburndale.

Lots of new graffiti in the park tonight. I have 4 photos but the system won't let me post more than one.

The trash is piling up in this park. Especially around the picnic tables but also up against the building. Clothes and other items are evident and need to be removed by the grounds keepers on a more regular basis.

abandoned car has been there for a very very long time.

Another abandoned vehicle on Granada East of Elmhurst. There is an additional abandoned vehicle out of the picture here several yards behind this one. A white Jeep Wrangler.

Two vehicles have been left together for months now. They need to be cited and moved. I believe they are non-operational. Sitting on stretch just East of Nottingham.

I have reported this issue before and it is still not completed. I would prefer you did not close an issue until you have been notified that the issue is resolved. The fence is in major disrepair and needs to be fixed. It is clearly visible from Lincoln and River Road.

What is wrong with these people!!?? They are parking on the grass again! I believe you had cited them several times and I even asked the Vice Mayor to step up and push the issue. they stopped doing it for about 2 months and now they are at it again. Please address this again and do not close the issue until it has been resolved.

The street that runs in front of the storage facility on Cota is full of big potholes and cracked eroding asphalt. It needs repair.

The entire block on West side of Lincoln between Fallbrook and the park at River Road is becoming overgrown with weeds. The weeds are growing in the space between the residences fence and retaining wall. They are all growing wild. The residents are responsible for removing them I believe. At least that is what was done in the past.

The fence all along this address and probably the next one too is in need of repair. Very shabby looking right now.
