How about an actual status on the case instead of just closing it. There are actual lives on the line. What if a small earthquake hits again before you knuckleheads actually get to it? If I have to drag my carcass down to city hall just to get the information my first gripe is going to be the people who actually answer the phones/seeclickfix. How do you close an issue that is not fixed yet without even knowing the detail. See the roof 4 down? Looks a bit to concave. Maybe because the thing is actually collapsing in slow motion. When it gives, it is going to be bad.
