Kid maybe 13 years old dragging and dropping small motor bike on newly renovated Capitol street stairs damaging the still unfinished stair mural work This is the second time in 2 weeks that I've seen him doing this First time I went out and helped him carry bike up before he broke anything This time damage was done before I saw him and again went out and carried the motor bike upstairs with him to avoid further him
