This house has a set of old sofas at the curb that have been there for about 3 weeks now. Long enough for them to have contacted WM for a bulk pick-up. Perhaps they don't know about that option? Either way it needs to go. :)

Hi there! Thank you for submitting this request through SeeClickFix and providing the property address for this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE22-0816, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
