People may want to keep their dogs on the Iron Horse Trail and off the walking trail and away from this, noticed a lot of nasty looking stuff. County notified, but since there is still the guy living in a tent opposite Del Hombre and Las Juntas (since November) not expecting anything will be done. Was told the man in tent by Del Hombre was offered assistance but declined and that's all that can be done.
