Sharraxaadda

There is an extremely large oak tree in the sidewalk in front of our home. It repeatedly drops large branches on and around the house and has brought down power lines multiple times this year alone. We've requested pruning in the past but do not believe it was enough and/or high enough as most recently a gigantic branch fell, hit the house, and damaged the gutters. I know healthy trees are not often removed, but this tree is particularly hazardous and at a minimum needs a substantial pruning, preferably a complete removal and replacement with a smaller tree that will not put a hole in our roof.
