Description

This guy loves leaving his old ragged cars in the yard. Old busted trailblazer in yard which is within the right of way with expired registration. Reference attached photo depicting location of offending vehicles on City of Raleigh right of way/property. Unregistered trailer attached to old POS vehicle. Please collect the delinquent tax bills/penalties/interest and make the owner permanently relocate this eye sore.
