I am a tenant of 36 hotchkiss st New Haven.I have a permit to park my car at hotchkiss st.My car got broken into last night because there was no spot available at hotchkiss st I had to park my car somewhere else’s.There are lot of unauthorized cars parked at hotchkiss they don’t have parking permits .I request the city of New Haven to issue them tickets for parking violations.
