This is under the Tennessee street overpass. Yes it is growing and totally unhealthy, unacceptable. And should not be allowed. As a hard working tax payer we should not have to live like this. Please clean up so we can go for a walk with out being attached by these thief's. We used to go for walks in this area but now we have to leave town.
