Description
Memphis Street has not been plowed, and especially between Firth Street and Letterly Street has several inches of packed ice. The rt. 25 bus got stuck yesterday. Cars are fishtailing and hitting parked cars even though the drivers are mostly being cautious. City refuses to block off.

It looks as if a lot of time has passed since this issue has been reported because of the snowstorm.
