This hideous monstrosity has at least 3 or 4 "units" to it that are separately rented. It got Frankensteined into a multifamily unit from its once single family structure. Please also note that now that they have physically connected the barn, it is subject to setback regulations, which I am not sure it meets. I am glad that someone brought it up, and I home it is deemed illegal in some way. It really does make the neighborhood look bad.

Seems there is even more vehicles parked here now , than in past few weeks. more than 40% of the yard is now used for parking..including commercial box trucks, a boat, and SEVERAL (meaning more than 5) passenger vehicles parked on site.

I also have to believe that this dwelling is in violation of several municipal codes that were either overlooked or not inspected

As yet we have been unable to enter the property to determine if a density violation exists, but we have identified two other zoning violations and apparently some substantial work that was completed without permits. We will issue citations for these issues and hopefully establish a contact with the property owner to be able to resolve the density issue. Will keep the issue open for now as this progresses.

Our inspectors have issued a notice of violation. They will continue to follow up until the issue is resolved.
