Despite your lame attempts to hide behind city code manufactured to allow invasive noise from your amphitheater, it is invasive. Yes, according to you, not once has the sound level violated city code. Of course not. You wrote the code in such a way as it cannot possibly violate it. Nonetheless, it is unacceptable. When I cannot hear the television three feet from my face because of the booming bass from your venue no less than 6 miles away from my house, I must take a stand and at the very least register a complain. This is that, waste of time though it may be.
