Yes, according to you, not once has the sound level violated city code. Of course not. You wrote the code in such a way as it cannot possibly violate it. Nonetheless, it is unacceptable. When I cannot hear the television three feet from my face because of the booming bass from your venue no less than 6 miles away from my house, I must take a stand and at the very least register a complain.
