Description

Trailer of yard waste and garbage has been parked on street for over a month. I have seen rats getting in to it as well as stray dogs. It's been there for quite a while. This house constantly has inoperable cars parked all over street, unsightly rubbish, furniture etc in yard and multiple families in single.famiky residence. It's become a problem for our block.
