Another accident- can we please finally make this a 4 way stop? Does someone need to die for this to happen? If this is the wrong department for me contact, please point me in the right direction. Accident just happened 7 mins ago -luckily no one was killed this time

Can we please have an update? We'd like another survey done, since school starts up again before long. Lots of kids playing at the park since it's summer and they are forced to cross a 4 way with only 2 way signs. If this is not handled by this department, please direct me to the correct one.
Thanks!

Traffic Engineering has done a stop sign warrant check on this intersection twice in the last 18 months. Unfortunately this intersection does not meet the criteria to have an all-way stop installed.
The traffic volumes and number of correctable collisions were not high enough to qualify the location for additional stop signs. We are having a state run safety program take a look and make recommendations. They will be conducting a field visit in a few weeks.
