On Six Forks Road between Computer Drive and Anderson Drive, pine straw debris fills the curb side and gutters to the point the curbs are not visible. Rainwater has no where to flow except back up into the streets during downpour. Who is responsible for getting the pine straw up from a major road like Six Forks Road between Computer Drive to Anderson Drive?

Additionally there's a tree down in the same area blocking the sidewalk on the west side, close to Anderson Drive.
