When heading west on Milton Ave, two street lamps are out just before the Milton Ave & Wills Rd intersection. The sidewalk along Milton Ave between Nathan Cir and Wills Rd is extremely dark and dangerous (esp for the school bus of kids that stops to load/unload!).
