I have past the construction zone along Bloomington Road west of Hwy 404 numerous times and have observerd that the flag person is never paying attention to thw on coming traffic. I believe that thia could be a potential safety hazard to not only the region but the general public. Please have the project manager address this issue with their consultant and contractor.
