  Someone from Animal Services called me this week and stated that the City of Walnut Creek has not adopted their noise ordinance and I would have to report this as a code violation.

  We were advised last Thursday that Animal Control's Director would have their staff accept these complaints. We will pass word to the Police Department regarding your inquiry.
