Why does the signal light at Hwy 54 and Trinity Road stay red so long late at night for Hwy 54 traffic? I literally timed the light at over 4 minutes last Tuesday night at around 10:30 PM. No traffic from Trinity, just a long line of mad drivers on 54. This light gets ignored very often during these hours due to the improper timing.
