Traffic turning right from 15th street onto West Peachtree shares the same right of way with pedestrians crossing West Peachtree. A right turn on red is not allowed and as a result pedestrians and right turning vehicles have a limited time to maneuver. Since the right turn only West Peachtree is the only trajectory possible the conflicting right of way is dangerous. Please conduct an observation on this intersection and consider an exclusive right of way for each.
