"Illegal boaters docked for several days or weeks after being removed from Sellwood Park. Also using skiffs to transport possessions, stolen items and drugs to boats illegally sited on river and around Ross Island. General Comment: The docks are a nexus of illegal activity related to the 30+ boats sitting around Ross Island. Additionally, one of the boats that you forced to leave Sellwood Park has taken up residence there, seemingly permanently. Please enforce existing laws."
