"Illegal boaters docked for several days or weeks after being removed from Sellwood Park. Also using skiffs to transport possessions, stolen items and D Rugs to boats illegally sited on river and around Ross Island. General Comment: The docks are a nexus of illegal activity related to the 30+ boats sitting around Ross Island. Additionally, one of the boats that you forced to leave Sellwood Park has taken up residence there, seemingly permanently. Please enforce existing laws."
