Red light runners are increasing at the intersection of San Mateo and Candelaria. Observed behavior in last few weeks. Traffic traveling southbound on San Mateo are not stopping for solid red light in the early morning hours. This intersection is becoming increasing dangerous. APD needs to monitor.
