Been there for weeks

The street sign for South Street iand Florence Street is turned 90°. It is located on the south west corner of the intersection of South and Florence

Oil from transformer on utility pole RBZ58 at north west corner of Florence and Dorothea is dripping on ground, contaminating the ground. Duke Progress has not responded to email sent about this. Children play around here including my son. Please stop this and clean it up.

South street and Florence street sign on south west corner is rotated 90 degrees from where it should be. I think it came down in storm Monday and was put back incorrectly

Kudos to the city for having the tunnel painted. Thank you! It looks great. Are there plans for other greenway tunnels?

Drainage issues after rain

Someone cut piece of roadbed out and it has not been replaced for many weeks. This “pothole” fills with water and gets deeper with each vehicle passing over and rain event. It is located on the north side of the 600 block of Dorothea Drive and is slightly east of where Effie Way connects to Dorothea Drive on the east side or exit of one way street.

Not that anyone pays any attention to it and they drive the wrong way down 700 block of Dorothea Drive, but the Do Not Enter sign on the south east corner is down from a tree going down some time ago. It won’t help the wrong way driving but should be re-installed or Dorothea Drive made two way and a three way stop added at Florence and Dorothea drive

Sidewalk blocked

Tree overhanging into sidewalk on south side of lenoir street at 655 Lenoir

Sidewalk is impassable on south side of south street at 623 W South street.

Yard waste cut at 703 Dorothea Drive. It is in the road in front of 703 Dorothea Drive. It is on the southside of Dorothea Drive located at 703 Dorthea Dr. no one can park in the street in front of 703 Dorothea Dr. because the yard waste is in the road. In the last issue posted about this problem the city said they did not know where it was so they are either not reading the location field in this post or they don’t believe the location is actually here.

When a tree came down some limbs were left after repair of power lines was complete.
