Any way you can mark this pole for GP? They often suggest that to help their technicians find the outage.

Sure. I'll wrap the pole with some hot-pink / fuchsia plastic tape at eye-level (5-ft). The light is also directly adjacent to a fenced-in privacy wooden fence which hides some trash cans. If you can, refer them to the following link that has a picture of the street light taken at night. from the northwest corner of the intersection, looking southeast (which is the corner of the street light.

No. It's still burnt out. I put hot-pink plastic ribbon around the pole on 5/25. See the attached picture I took last night.

re-attached the photo. The picture is oriented looking to the north. It is on the southeast side of the 4-way stop sign, standing on the east side of Jett Ferry looking across the intersection of Dunwoody Club Drive.

OK. I just called. Spoke with Jennifer ext 33884. Said if you call back please ask for her. If she's not in, tell them the ticket is "reported in the company directory". She couldn't give me a ticket / reference number to use as a follow up as the approximate address given as 2495 Jett Ferry Rd wasn't in their database. She asked me for the pole number. I said I didn't have it. She said it would take 3-5 days... We'll see... I'll look for the darn pole number and give it to them if I find it.
