There's nothing worse than finding out that most of your neighborhood homes are rentals, especially when the landlords and renters don't do a thing to maintain the property. There's no vested interest with renters.
This house looks nice, but don't be fooled or ghouled -- it was recently cited for weeds. According to the city's website, this home does not have a rental certificate. With the "For Rent" sign in the front yard, it's safe to say it's an unregistered rental.

I wish they would keep the online database updated. Many of us use it as a guide. If they updated it, fewer of us will pester them with these cases. Transparency goes along way, especially for neighborhood collaboration.
