Maybe, if the police patrolled the areas, they could catch the people committing CRIME: the area is full of drug use, drug sales, prostitution. We see it every day. The City of Vallejo needs to stop turning a blind eye to the very real crime in the areas. It is not just an issue of homelessness. Stop calling this all 'the homeless problem' and address the very real issue of the criminal activity that goes on day and night at the homeless encampments.
