Hi there! Thank you for submitting this request through SeeClickFix and for letting us know about this issue. In accordance with the City’s Municipal Code, our enforcement may lead to monetary fines. Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CC24-0046. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
