S. Vehicular
T. Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
S. Timing is bad starting from garner rd, which allows traffic to backup in the intersection. All of the cross streets on mlk up to Wilmington slows traffics to a crawl and easily keeping cars stuck in intersections
