问 What is the type of signal?
答 Vehicular
问 Please describe the nature of the issue. (i.e timing, signal head twisted, etc)
答 Timing is bad starting from garner rd, which allows traffic to backup in the intersection. All of the cross streets on mlk up to Wilmington slows traffics to a crawl and easily keeping cars stuck in intersections
