I reported this several months ago. It seemed that someone listened and east/west bound traffic was alloyed more time shortly after. I counted the cars waiting for the light waiting in each direction for two weeks. North/south bound traffic is about one tenth that of the east/west bound traffic. Another contributing is the traffic coming off of Harris. It needs to have a right turn lane to reduce the time needed for those cars to make it thru that light
