This little poodle has been on a chained leash for months, I have called the animal control and obviously nothing has happened...this dog needs help.she is chained to the corner of the house, you will find all of her droppings on the side of the house due to the owners leaving her out there chained and never taken care of ..she is dirty and matted ,someone please help!
