Description

This little poodle has been on a chained leash for months, I have called the animal control and obviously nothing has happened...this dog needs help.she is chained to the corner of the house, you will find all of her droppings on the side of the house due to the owners leaving her out there chained and never taken care of ..she is dirty and matted ,someone please help!

This is animal cruelty! It is a misdemeanor, I think. Could you call the police dept? Maybe they could get some action on this!!

The owner should be chained to the fence and see what he thinks about that. I am going to follow this and if nothing get done about this me and all my friend will all make a complaint, then something will get done. They don't want all the complaints that they will get if not is done about this.

She is still out there ,so i just called the solano county sheriffs animal control office and made a report,they are supposed to go over there today,lets hope something happens soon.

Thanks for reporting! Please respond and let me know if Animal Control has been on-site and/or if the dog has been removed. If there has been no action I will try contacting them to see what the status is of this issue.

As we have received no updates about this issue, we are closing it. This issue is under the jurisdiction of Animal Control. We are happy to assist in contacting them if necessary, but the Public Works Department has no authority in this issue.

I looked at the dog is still there...animal control says that if the dog has good and water then it's no crime but by law the dog is not supposed to be chained to anything but only for a few hours , the puppy is there from Sun up to Sun down,it's so sad...why have a dog that you aren't giving the proper excercise too..
