There needs to be a solid green left turn signal instead of a flashing yellow arrow. Those of us who live at Bennington Place MUST make a U-turn to get into our development and the flashing yellow light makes it dangerous at many times during the day. More than once, I have had to sit through 2 light changes, unable to make a U turn for the heavy traffic .on S. Tryon.
