Would it be possible to adjust the timing of the light at Hembree and Highway 9 during peak traffic times? With Rucker being closed and Hembree being used as the alternate traffic backs up almost all the way to Elkins in the mornings.

I live in the first residential street on Hembree, closest to Highway 9. With Hembree as the detour for Rucker, we can not get out of our street in the morning and go left on Hembree. Please help monitor traffic there for a bit until people get used to new traffic patterns.
