After this bad rain the last few weeks the rain coming from the road down my driveway is destroying my retaining wall. Also the rain goes right around the rock curb we made. If you only do a small curb before driveway won't the rain just go around it and right down my driveway?

Retaining wall was flush with the ground. The white rock and brick are exposed from loss of land from the rain water coming from the road and down my driveway.

Just wondering when soon was? The rain water from the road is making more property damage.

Has there been any movement on this since 15 months ago? Property continues to degrade

18 months in and still no resolution. Property continues to erode due to town negligence. Is there a resolution or does legal counsel need to be contacted?

Over 2 years and still no fix made. Driveway and retaining wall now in disrepair

Left message for homeowner that we are going to be there on Monday 10-16-23 to prep driveway and road for new curbing and apron.
