Reporting this property for the 2nd Time. Code enforcement must be initiated for this property for several reasons: 1. Residents constantly have to utilize the sidewalk as this driveway is overly occupied with numerous vehicles blocking the sidewalk. Residents and pets do not have access to the public sidewalk for walking purposes. This is a great safety issue and concern of ours. (2) This property has presence of disabled vehicles which as a result, have created a breeding hole for undesired vermin (rats, cockroaches etc.). (3) Vehicles are parked on property lawn at all times. (4) Landscape is in-kept. (5) Major presence of over-occupancy. This is a SINGLE Family DWELLING and it hosts numerous live in individuals which as a result, has overcrowded our streets & blockage of sidewalk. (6) Business (Body Shop) work is taking place on property driveway and sidewalk at all times. These issues have violated my safety and those of the community members within our neighborhood. Our resale value has significantly decreased as a result of home kept in such condition. Please take necessary action accordingly.
