The alley between and parallel to South Boylan Avenue and Kinsey Street is completely overgrown. It is a nuisance.

The sidewalk ramp where South Boylan Avenue crosses Dupont Circle is poorly marked, poorly maintained, and often blocked by parked vehicles. Can we get it maintained, re-marked, and possibly have a crosswalk marked there and/or signage to stop people from parking over the ramp?

I reported this issue in July. The city closed it in August. It is now September, and the debris is still in the alley. Here is the explanation from the city: This area is an unpaved alley located behind Boylan Ave. The trees were trimmed by Duke contractors and Parks & Recreation is working with them to expedite the clean-up in this area.

I reported this a month ago and supposedly Parks and Rec was told about it. Nothing has been done. I assume that this was Utilities and not Parks and Rec. In the spring, the city, or one of the other utilities services, cut a lot of tree limbs in the alley between the 401 block of South Boylan Avenue and Kinsey Street. The debris is still there and needs to be removed.

This problem was reported and fixed twice several months ago. The problem is back. The southbound "walk" sign on the east side of South Boylan Avenue at West Cabarrus Street is not lighting up at all.

I reported this more than a month ago, and the response was that Time Warner would fix it. It has not been fixed. Reopening was not an option because the issue was archived.

Heading south on South Boylan Avenue and crossing Cabarrus on the east side of the street, the "Don't Walk" sign is not lighting up.
